There’s so many exciting events taking place to mark Mental Health Week 2015 so we’ve put together these listings so that you don’t miss out on any of the fun.

Limerick Mental Health Week: Mental Health Week aims to help, encourage and empower our communities to believe in themselves and their individual and collective abilities to nurture hope and goodness. Meath Mental Health Week: The aim of the week is to promote awareness of the benefits of positive mental health; to create awareness of the signs and symptoms of those who may be experiencing mental health difficulties and to provide ease of information and sign posting of existing services to those who may be experiencing mental health difficulties. South Tipperary Mental Health Festival: The festival is organised by a group from the South Tipperary Action Network (S.T.A.N.) with the support and involvement of many community organisations and groups.
