See Change is delighted to welcome the RISE Foundation as the 63rd organisation to join our partnership of organisations committed to working together to remove the stigma attached to mental health.
The RISE Foundation was founded in 2008 by the well-known singer Frances Black.The focus is on the families of those with addictive behaviour (alcohol, drugs, gambling, food or sex addiction etc.) and not the person in addiction themselves. RISE stands for Recovery In a Safe Environment and our mission is to support families impacted by a loved ones addictive behaviour through awareness, education and therapy, and to combat the associated shame and stigma.
