See Change is launching its new guide ‘Let’s talk about mental illness’, which shines a light on how stigma, shame and discrimination are still a significant challenge for people living with mental illnesses. See Change will also be revealing the latest research findings about mental illness in Ireland.

Join the event to learn about:
The difference between mental health difficulties and mental illnesses
How mental health stigma, shame and discrimination can negatively impact people with mental illnesses
Get an idea about what it’s like to live with a mental illness
Find out what steps each of us can take to help end mental health shame, stigma and discrimination

The event will be hosted by See Change Programmes Leader, Barbara Brennan, who will be joined by guests:
Minister for Older People and Mental Health, Mary Butler
Blessing Dada, See Change Ambassador
