As part of the Six-Step Workplace Pledge Programme, our fantastic team of See Change Facilitators deliver our Line Manager & Leadership Workshops to organisations.
Find out more about our facilitators below:
John McElhinney
John joined the See Change team as a workplace facilitator in 2016 and is delighted to see how invested many employers are in the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce. He has worked in the area of mental health for many years, advocating in support of recovery and the reducing of stigma around mental health in society. John is a psychotherapist and also works in health promotion. While he enjoys the accessibility afforded by online workshops, he misses the personal interaction, and is looking forward to the day when we can return to the face-to-face workshop!
Bev Webster
Bev Webster (M.Sc.) is a psychotherapist and Coach who joined See Change in 2016.
As a See Change facilitator Bev is passionate about self-compassion, when we are kinder and more accepting of our selves including our imperfections we can extend that to others and shed the shame associated with mental health.

Outside of See Change she is passionate about interior decorating and up-cycling and is at her happiest rummaging around a car boot sale or architectural salvage yard!
