See Change will deliver a free one hour business workshop on Thursday 8th October, at 2pm in the Abbey Hotel, Donegal Town. This workshop provides information on mental health and mental health problems for employers, managers and employees as well as offering best practice advice on creating workplaces that are free of stigma and discrimination and equipped to support the mental health needs of the organization.
Attendees will get ideas on how to start a conversation about mental health in their workplace and advice on how best to support an employee who is experiencing a difficulty with their mental health.
