Wednesday 28th October 2015 – Lecture Hall at St. Patrick’s Hospital,

James Street, Dublin 8 from 7pm to 9pm

The Twilight Programme at St. Patrick’s Mental Health Services are delighted to host Michael Doherty from RTE to give a lecture on Mental Health in the Movies.  Michael will explore how Hollywood has portrayed mental health on screen spanning 50 decades with clips from famous movies of old and recent offerings such as Pixar’s ‘Inside Out’ and the Irish Film ‘Patrick’s Day’.  Michael will be joined by – Psychotherapist Coleman Noctor, Journalist Tanya Sweeny, Film Director Nick Kelly and Sorcha Lowry from See Change and Headline – for a discussion after the presentation.  This promises to be a very unique and excellent event – don’t miss it!!
