See Change is once again teaming up with our partners BeLonG To, GLEN, Outhouse and TENI to programme a series of dedicated mental health events as part of the Dublin Pride Festival 2014.
We’ve put together a selection of workshops, info sessions, arts performances and the return of what is becoming the annual Soapbox Session performance event which provides a platform for Dublin’s LGBT community to hear and share stories about mental health.

Outhouse Information session at Outhouse Café
- Date: June 23rd
- Time: 3pm – 6pm
- Location: Outhouse, 105 Capel Street.
What’s happening? An information session available to all members of the LGBT community their families and friends. Have a coffee and find out about the support services that are available to them from Outhouse staff. All welcome!
Soapbox Session
- Date: June 21st
- Time: 1pm – 3pm
- Location: Outhouse, 105 Capel Street.
What’s happening? This session is a showcase event, highlighting LGBT mental health issues through performances, testimonials and entertainment. Tea & Coffee reception afterwards. MC’d by Ailbhe Smyth.
BeLonG To Sunday
- Date: 22nd June
- Time: 3pm – 6pm
- Location: Outhouse, 105 Capel Street.
What’s happening? BeLonG To Sunday will offer a facilitated workshop on mental health. This workshop will explore the ways in which these issues can affect young LGBT people, and offer suggestions on ways to deal with these challenges. Free of charge, this workshop is offered to all LGBT young people between the ages of 14-24. Registration is not necessary, just turn up on the day.
Feeling Good

What’s happening? Hosted by the Transgender Peer Support Group Dublin, in association with TENI and See Change, this will be an eclectic art and performance show conspiring to enlighten and excite. After the huge success of last year’s ‘Got to get it out of my head’ event, it is evident that there are so many amazing ways our community can improve our mental health and art and performance plays a large part in feeling good about ourselves. Trans Artists and performers will showcase their talents and invigorate your mental Health. Please join us on the 21st June for another evening music, poetry, art, theatre and song.
