In the lead up to Christmas, See Change will be running its 12 Days of Empowerment social media campaign with the aim of empowering people to have the Christmas they want to have.
We know that the festive period can be a time of joy and celebration for some, but for others it can be the most difficult time of year. During out 12 Days of Empowerment, we will sharing words of encouragement and self-love, tips on how to switch off for the holidays and reminders to rest.
We will also be providing tips on managing grief around the holidays, how to navigate Christmas while experiencing an eating disorder and why it is OK to be unwell during this period.
We know that mental illness doesn’t stop for the holidays, so we hope that by day 12 you will feel seen, heard and supported.
